Any changes to your reservation must be made as
early as possible by phone, fax or e-mail.
In the event of a cancellation deposits are
non-refundable but may be used for a booking at
another stage.
In the event of a no-show we are obliged to hold
all monies paid to us.
In the event where the balance has not been paid
we will charge the full amount of your stay to
your credit card.

1) Is the price per person or
per house? All homes
are priced on a per house basis & include the
stated number of persons each house can hold.

2) Do I need to bring my own
bed linen? No, all
houses and apartments are supplied with duvets
and all bed linen. Many of our homes also
provide towels. |

3) What facilities are
available in the house?
All houses and
apartments provide fully equipped kitchens most
of which include microwaves and dishwashers.
Also included are washing machine and dryers.
All living rooms have TVs, some properties have
videos. Telephones are available in some of our
properties. |

4) Is there an additional
charge for electricity and gas?
Yes, electricity and gas are charged according
to meter readings taken on your arrival and
again on your
departure and are based on 13c per unit per day
and 10c. |

5) How early do I need to
book? We recommend
that you book as early as possible especially if
you are planning your holiday for the busy
months of July and August.
Ireland has numerous bank holidays during the
summer season and these tend to be booked up at
an early stage. |

6) Do I require a credit card
to book online? When
you fill in the reserve online form your request
is passed to us, and we will reply telling you
if your preferred holiday home is available on
the dates you want.
Only then will we request
your credit card number .
In the event of you not possessing a credit card
we will hold your booking for 7 working days
until we receive the appropriate deposit by
post.
Your deposit is payable to
Travel Ireland.ORG by cheque, postal
order or bankers draft. |

7) When do I pay in full for
my holiday? The
balance of monies payable for your stay is
expected 42 days prior
to your arrival. |

8) What happens if I need to

9) What facilities are
available in the locality?
Almost all properties are located in either
seaside or lakeside settings with numerous
activities and attractions nearby. |
 |
10) What time can I check-in?
On receiving your balance of payment we will
send you an information page containing the name
and number of your supervisor along with certain
rules.
Check-in time is normally 3pm onwards, however
we do ask that you phone ahead the day before
your arrival to give your supervisor an
indication of your check in time.
If you require an early check-in this must be
arranged with your supervisor. |

11) What time do I have to
check-out? Check-out
time is strictly 10am unless an arrangement is
made with your supervisor. We ask that houses be
left as they were found. |

12) Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit of €95.00 is required on
check in.
This deposit is returned to you in full on your
departure providing that the houses are left in
a clean and proper order.
A security deposit is required to cover any
breakages or damage that may occur during your
stay. A credit card number, post dated cheque or
cash is accepted. |

13) Can I stay for 2-3 days or
is it weekly letting only?
Yes our minimum requirement is 2 nights stay.
This can be weekend or midweek (depending on
availability) except for the months of July &
August where our policy is to let on a weekly
basis only. |
