Each of the 50 three star rooms at Ocean
Cove are en-suite with bath, showers and satellite colour TV as
standard. Also available is 24-hour access to the family
room/kitchenette, a welcome addition at the hotel for families with
small children or even guests who fancy a late night coffee. To keep
fit, there is the hotel's hi-tech gymnasium, which is complimentary
to residents. The hotel also has a KidPlus PlayCentre hosted by
Sammy the Squirrel.
Syndicate rooms are available, as are
meeting facilities for up to 80 delegates. Full audio visual and
office back-up is also available and there is parking for up to 100

| The picture-postcard village of Kilkee
is perched on the Atlantic Ocean in a perfect semi-circular sandy
bay which is warmed by the Gulf Stream. It has seen many famous
visitors over the years including Lord Alfred Tennyson and Charlotte
Bronte, earning itself a reputation as one of Ireland's premier
seaside resorts. The nearby heritage town of Kilrush has a fine
heritage centre giving a history of the area, including the Great
Famine. It is from here that visitors can catch a boat and go
dolphin spotting. The Loop Head drive is 27 km route which takes
visitors south along the coast to enjoy dramatic scenery. The Burren
is a vast limestone plateau of outstanding natural beauty. It's
flora, archaeology, geology, legends and history make it unique in
Europe. On the coast of West Clare, are the breathtaking Cliffs of
Moher. They rise in places to over 700 feet and stretch for almost 8
km. O' Brien's Tower which was constructed in the early l9th century
as a viewing point for Victorian tourists is located on Moher's
highest cliffs. |
