Gastro Alfresco! So for all you aspirant Barbi fans out there who want

The aim of the 3rd National BBQ - Gastro Alfresco '07 promotion,
which runs throughout the summer, is to once again increase the
popularity of BBQ'ing in Ireland and encourage Summer gastro alfresco
eating and entertaining. In 2006, the average number of BBQ's held was
estimated to be around 4.5 per household, with over 320,000 households
reaching for the Barbi. So why

There’s no question that BBQ’ing is an exciting,
relaxing and yes healthy way to cook, and budding Barbi Chefs across the
country will be cooking up a storm this summer. However, thankfully BBQ
is no longer about burnt bangers or charcoaled chicken ‘bunged-in-a-bap’
and doused in ketchup, BBQ today is much more upmarket, covering
everything from burger to brochette and sausage to swordfish, with great
