entertainment on Sunday lunchtimes. The Captain's Table Restaurant

Kinsale is a well known tourist
destination which is famous for fine restaurants, pubs and wine bars
and it's annual Gourmet Festival attracts visitors from all over the
world. The town is situated overlooking a beautiful natural harbour
and it's long waterfront and narrow streets provide a totally unique
base for a holiday or short break. The many local watersport
activities on offer include sailing, fishing, diving and
windsurfing. Kinsale is also well placed for some of Ireland's
premier golf courses. The Old Head Links, located on a scenic
headland overlooking the sea, is within 15 minutes of the town and
the world reknown Fota Island Golf Club is within easy driving
distance. The spectacular Charles Fort is just 3km from Kinsale.
Built in 1670, this is one of the finest examples of star-shaped
forts in Europe.

Directions
How to find us -
From the N8, N20, N22 or N25, join the N27 and follow signs for
Cork Airport . Continue to Five Mile Bridge and continue straight
on the R600. Drive through Riverstick and Belgooly and arrive into
Kinsale.
Take the first left onto Emmet Street and the first left again
onto Pier Road (the sea will be on your left). Actons Hotel is
located 500m up on the right hand side. (20 minutes from Cork
Airport )
