Dun Laoghaire Ferryport Dublin pronounced
Dun Leary is 11 km south of Dublin city on
the Eastern Coast of Ireland. The area also has a rich cultural
heritage: The James Joyce Museum at the Sandycove Martello Tower,
setting for the opening chapter of Ulysses, The Dalkey Castle and
Heritage Centre, The Maritime Museum in Dún Laoghaire and the many
archaeological sites spread throughout the County Dun Laoghaire is
a vibrant exciting place; a mélange of the old and new. It is the
Administrative Centre for the County and has its own Theatre,
12-Screen Cinema Complex, Maritime Museum, Golf Course, on-street
shopping, two shopping centres, an excellent public transport system
and ample car parking.
Getting to
and from Dun Laoghaire Ferry Terminal,
visitors may take a taxi, get the bus, or use the DART light rail.
