brand new semi-detached houses are perched on a site overlooking Kenmare
and its surrounding hills and mountains.
Kenmare Sunnyhill Holiday Homes each have their own private garden
- the perfect setting from where to enjoy the tranquility of the
countryside and the breathtaking scenery for which Kenmare is world
renowned. Each 2-storey house is designed to the very highest standards
with guests needs to the fore, combining both luxury and practicality.
The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains an electric
fireplace, t.v. and very cozy suite of furniture. The open plan
kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is
fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric
cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave.
All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.
Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double
bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more
than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with
toilet, handbasin, shower and bath.
Secure parking is provided for each house. The houses are heated with
electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In
addition, all bed linen and towels are provided. |
