  Lady Well Fete at Slane Castle, Co Meath in August is an annual festival in County Meath to visit the holy well on the grounds of Slane Castle. The Lady Well Fete is held over a weekend where there is lots of entertainment for all the family, from  visits to the Holy Well, football and soccer competitions, magic shows, tours of Slane Castle, dancing, harp recitals, vintage cars, pony and trap rides, a falconry display, a duck derby lots of events on the grounds of Slane Castle in the old historic village of Slane, County Meath.

Moynalty Steam Threshing Festival, Kells, Co Meath is held each year in Moynalty in the month of August. Moynalty, County Meath is picturesque village which has won the tidy towns award several times.Moynalty Steam Threshing Festiva has vintage cars, tractors, horse drawn farm machinery, steam engines, old time threshing, butter making, cooking on open fires and many many stands on the day, so there is lots to be enjoyed on this festival day. It shows the traditional Irish farming methods used long ago.

O'Carolan Harp, Cultural & Heritage Festival, Nobber, Co Meath is held in September each year. The festival held in Nobber Co Meath, is the birth place of the famous harper Turlough O'Carolan, after whom the festival is named. The O'Carolan Harp and Traditional Music Festival is home to The Meath Harp Orchestra a sight to see 35 harps being played at once.  The festival is a celebration of the music that Turlough O'Carolan left behind and the love of the harp.

The venue is the Hill of Ward near Athboy, Co Meath where the druids felt that this world and those who had passed on were the closest at this time.
